Our Mission Statement: Capitol Sports Association (CSA) is a non-profit corporation whose specific and primary purpose is to provide quality recreational baseball and softball sports activities for adults and children. Who We Are: Capitol Sports Association has been offering fast pitch and slow pitch softball leagues and tournaments for 20 years. During that time we have had the priviledge of conducting the largest softball tournaments in the Greater Sacramento Area. Our reputation is built on credibility and responsibility.
