Capitol Sports Association or CSA as we like to call it, is a Nor. California based non-profit organization run by former player and now umpire Angelo Queirolo. We have been in business for more than thirty years. During that time, we have had the privilege of not only offering nightly softball leagues in Sacramento, Solano and Yolo counties, but also of conducting the largest softball tournaments in the Greater Sacramento Area as well as on the South and North shores of Lake Tahoe. Recently, we also began offering tournaments in Arizona.
